Eurasian Kestrel, Zellwood, Lake Apopka (Orange), photos. Accepted 7-0. First state record. Photos diagnostic of adult female. Wing/tail ratio and dark toenails distinguish this bird from Lesser Kestrel. Not likely to be an escape because most or all would be banded or wearing jesses.
